Poroka: figurica za torto / Wedding: Cake topper

Za poročno torto sem želela nenavadno figurico. Motiva ni bilo težko poiskati.
Oblikovala sem 2D figurico iz plastične plošče, na katero sem s flomastrom narisala mladoporočenca.

I wanted an unusual topper for my wedding cake. The motif wasn't hard to find.
I designed a 2D topper made of plastic plate on which I draw the newlyweds with a marker.

Čokoladna mousse torta z banano / Chocolate mousse cake with bananas

najljubši biskvit + čokoladni mousse z bananami = super rahla sladka dobrota

Čokoladni mousse: nad paro zmešamo 5 dl sladke smetane in 100 g prave ter 100 g mlečne čokolade. Postavimo v hladilnik, naslednji dan pa zmešamo in dodamo narezane banane. Nadevamo biskvit in postavimo v hladilnik, dokler ne postrežemo.

Chocolate mousse: melt 100 g dark and 100 g milk chocolate and 5 dl cream in a steambath. Put in a refrigerator over night. Mix well, add pieces of bananas and pour on the cake base. Keep in the refrigetator until served.

Lahka skutna torta z jagodno omako / Light curd cake with strawberry sauce

500 g skute + 200 g sladkorja + 1 vanili + 2 rumenjaka + sok 2 limon = skutna krema
Pogrej malo ruma in dodaj žličko agar agarja. Zmešaj in malo ohladi.
Stepi 5 dl sladke smetane, dodaj skutno kremo in rum z agarjem. Za pol ure postavi na hladno in nato namaži na tortni biskvit.
Ko postrežeš, vsak košček torte posebej prelij z jagodno omako: 300 g svežih jagod + 2 žlici sladkorja + 100 °C + 5 min + palični mešalnik :)


500 g curd + 200 g sugar + 1 vanilla sugar + 2 egg yolks + juice of 2 lemons = curd cream
Warm a little rum and add 1 tbls agar agar. Let it cool a little.
Whisk 5 dl cream, add the curd cream and rum with agar. Put in a refrigerator for half an hour, then pour on a cake base.
When serving pour each piece of cake with strawberriy sauce: 300 g fresh strawberries + 2 tbls sugar + 100 °C + 5 min + mixer :)

Poročna dekoracija: stožci za riž / Wedding decoration: rice cones

barvni papir
papirna čipka
dvostransko lepilo
škarje
ravnilo
svinčnik

colour paper
paper lace
two-sided tape
scissors

odmerimo trak velikosti 20 x 10 cm /
 measure out 20 x 10 cm large stripe

ga izrežemo / cut it out

v desni del barvne strani traku položimo papirnato čipko /
 place the paper lace on the right side of the colour side of the stripe

na to mesto prilepimo košček dvostranskega lepilnega traku /
glue a piece of two-sided tape where placing the lace

ob spodnji rob leve polovice traku prilepimo ozek lepilni trak /
glue a narrow piece of  two-sided tape along the left half of the lower edge

trak zvijemo v stožec / roll the stripe into cone

dokončno zalepimo stožec /
 finish the cone by gluing the edges together

Stožce napolnimo z rižem in jih zložimo v košaro.
 Fill the cones with rice and put them all into a basket.
