Za zajtrk imam najraje smuti. V mojem kozarcu se najpogosteje znajdeta banana in hruška, poleti pa obožujem blitvo!
Smoothie is my favourite breakfast. A banana and a pear are the most often in my glass, but in the summer I adore mangold!
Za smuti z blitvo in praženimi pinjolami potrebujemo:
1 banano
1 hruško
1 večji list blitve
pol breskve
lonček navadnega jogurta
pinjole
Sadje, blitvo in jogurt zmešamo s paličnim mešalnikom. Pinjole popražimo v vroči ponvi, da zlato porjavijo. Vmešamo jih v smuti in uživamo v super okusu.
For a mangold and roasted pine nuts smoothie we need:
1 banana
1 pear
1 big leaf of mangold
half a peach
1 cup regular yogurt
pine nuts
Mix together fruit, mangold and yogurt in a blender. Roast the pine nuts in a hot pan to become golden brown. Add them to the smoothie and enjoy the great flavour.
