V pekač za mafine damo plast listnatega testa, čez nadevamo popraženo mešano zelenjavo z domačimi začimbami, dodamo jajce in sir, nato pa košarico zapremo s testom, ki gleda čez rob jamice za mafine. Na vrh damo rezino zeliščnega masla in spečemo. Dober tek!

Place a layer of pastry dough into the baking tin for muffins. Fill it with fried mixed vegetables with domestic spices, add some egg and cheese and close the basket using the excessive dough. Put some herb butter on the top and bake. Bon appetit!
