Delavnica izdelave adventnih venčkov / Advent wreaths workshop

To nedeljo bomo prižgali že prvo svečko na adventnih venčkih, zato smo tokratno delavnico namenili izdelavi unikatnih adventnih venčkov. Uporabili smo veliko odpadnega in predvsem naravnega materiala in izdelali zanimive venčke za na mizo in vrata.

This Sunday we are going to light the first candle on advent wreaths, that's why we were making unique wreaths on today's workshop. We used a lot of waste and especially natural material for making the wreaths to put on the table or hang on the door.

Poročna dekoracija: vaza s čipko / Wedding decoration: Lace vase

Za ta enostaven naredi sam projekt potrebujemo:
kozarce
tapetniško lepilo
čipkast prt ali zaveso
škarje

For this simple DIY project we need:
glasses
tapestry glue
lace tablecloth or curtain
scissors


prt ali zaveso primerno zrežemo, jo potopimo v lepilo in prilepimo na kozarec - pustimo, da se posuši
cut a tablecloth or curtain, dip it into glue and glue it on glass - let it dry

Domače ajdove testenine / DIY Buckwheat pasta
















Pri oblikovanju testenin uporabimo domišljijo in naredimo čisto svoje, posebne oblike!
Use your imagination and create interesting, different shapes of pasta!





Pripravite okusno omako ali pojejte testenine z zeliščnim maslom ali paradižnikovo mezgo. ;)
Prepare a delicious sauce or eat the pasta with herb butter or tomato sauce. ;)

Kvinojin puding / Quinoa pudding

Ponavadi kvinojo samo skuham v slani vodi in jo dodam solati ali zelenjavi. Pred kratkim pa sem našla zanimiv recept, za katerega sem takoj vedela, da mi bo jed všeč. Skuhala sem kvinojin puding, ki je zelo preprost za pripravo, edino kuha se malo dlje, po okusu in teksturi pa spominja na mlečni riž, zato ga boste predvsem ljubitelji le-tega zagotovo oboževali!

Kaj potrebujemo za pripravo kvinojinega pudinga:
1 skodelico kvinoje
1,5 skodelice mleka
3/4 skodelice vode
1 vanilijev sladkor
1/4 rjavega sladkorja
malo cimeta

Kako ga pripravimo:
Vse sestavine razen kvinoje vlijemo oz. vsujemo v posodo in pristavimo na štedilnik. Ko zavre, dodamo kvinojo in na nižji temperaturi kuhamo približno pol ure, vmes pa večkrat pomešamo.
Ko je kvinoja mehka, je puding pripravljen za serviranje. Po vrhu lahko posujemo malo kakava ali pa si zraven privoščimo sadje.



Usually I just cook quinoa in boiling water and serve in salads or with vegetables. A few days ago I found an interesting recipe and I was sure I'm going to like it. It was the recipe for quinoa pudding, which is very easy to prepare and it tastes and looks like rice pudding. If you like rice pudding, I'm sure you are going to love it!

What do you need to prepare quinoa pudding:
1 cup quinoa
1,5 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 small packet vanilla sugar
1/4 brown sugar
cinnamon

How to prepare quinoa pudding:
Mix all the ingredients except quinoa in a dish and put on the pot to boil. When it starts boiling, add quinoa and cook for approximatelly half an hour. Stir several times. When quinoa becomes soft, the pudding is ready for serving. You can sprinkle some cocoa over the top or offer some fruit beside.

Delavnica izdelave razglednic in lectovih src za udeleženke iz tujine / Postcards and lect hearts making workshop for foreigners

SOCIO Celje je obiskalo nekaj prebivalk dežel s severa Evrope, za katere sem pripravila in vodila ustvarjalno delavnico. Spoznale so lectova srca in se preizkusile v izdelavi podobnega ter naredile svoje razglednice, ki so jih nato poslale domov.

A few women from North Europe came to visit SOCIO Celje. I prepared and ran a creative workshop for them. They made lect hearts and DIY postcards which they've sent home.
