Ponavadi kvinojo samo skuham v slani vodi in jo dodam solati ali zelenjavi. Pred kratkim pa sem našla zanimiv recept, za katerega sem takoj vedela, da mi bo jed všeč. Skuhala sem kvinojin puding, ki je zelo preprost za pripravo, edino kuha se malo dlje, po okusu in teksturi pa spominja na mlečni riž, zato ga boste predvsem ljubitelji le-tega zagotovo oboževali!
Kaj potrebujemo za pripravo kvinojinega pudinga:
1 skodelico kvinoje
1,5 skodelice mleka
3/4 skodelice vode
1 vanilijev sladkor
1/4 rjavega sladkorja
malo cimeta
Kako ga pripravimo:
Vse sestavine razen kvinoje vlijemo oz. vsujemo v posodo in pristavimo na štedilnik. Ko zavre, dodamo kvinojo in na nižji temperaturi kuhamo približno pol ure, vmes pa večkrat pomešamo.
Ko je kvinoja mehka, je puding pripravljen za serviranje. Po vrhu lahko posujemo malo kakava ali pa si zraven privoščimo sadje.
Usually I just cook quinoa in boiling water and serve in salads or with vegetables. A few days ago I found an interesting recipe and I was sure I'm going to like it. What do you need to prepare quinoa pudding:
1 cup quinoa
1,5 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 small packet vanilla sugar
1/4 brown sugar
cinnamon
How to prepare quinoa pudding:
Mix all the ingredients except quinoa in a dish and put on the pot to boil. When it starts boiling, add quinoa and cook for approximatelly half an hour. Stir several times. When quinoa becomes soft, the pudding is ready for serving. You can sprinkle some cocoa over the top or offer some fruit beside.
