Moja prva presna torta / My first raw cake

Že dolgo časa sem želela poskusiti presno torto ... ali pa kar pripraviti svojo! :)

Tukaj je recept za Dejino presno čokoladno torto:

podlaga:
350 g mandljev, orehov in brazilskih orehov
100 g datljev
1 banana
2 žlici medu
2 žlici javorjevega sirupa

Zmeljemo oreščke in datlje. Dodamo banano, med in javorjev sirup in vse skupaj mešamo v mešalniku, dokler ne dobimo enotne mase. Z njo obložimo dno pekača za torto.

krema:
100 g datljev
1 dl vode
1 banana
1 avokado
50 g kakava v prahu

V mešalniku sesekljamo datlje z vodo. Pasti dodamo banano, avokado in kakav in vse skupaj mešamo toliko časa, da nastane mazava zmes. Namažemo jo na prvo plast. Torto postavimo na hladno, nato pa si privoščimo vsaj en košček Dejine presne čokoladne torte! ;)

Here is a recipe for Deja's raw chocolate cake:

basic:
350 g almonds, nuts or brazilian nuts
100 g dates
1 banana
2 tbl honey
2 tbl maple syrup

Mix nuts and dates in a blender. Add banana, honey and syrup mixing everything together till you get a nice paste. Place it on the bottom of a cake mould.

creme:
100 g dates
1 dl water
1 banana
1 avocado
50 g cocoa powder

Mix dates with water in a blender. Add a banana, avocado and cocoa when the dates transform into a creme. Mix till the creme becomes smooth. Place it on the first layer of cake and put the cake in the refrigerator to cool and than treat yourself with a piece of delicious Deja's raw chocolate cake!
